FTC announces #FTCShorts - a short film/skit challenge that will be open to all registered users of FTC Talent. This is conducted entirely on social media. Top performers of this challenge stand to win a host of prizes.
The #FTCShorts Online Film Awards (#FOFA) were announced in a glittering live session (online!) on Sunday, 14th June 2020.
Categories of Winners
- Best Sound Effects
- Best Editor
- Best Cinematography (with a mobile phone)
- Best Story & Screenplay
- Best Director
- Best Young Actor (age - 5 to 12)
- Best Actor (Male)
- Best Actor (Female)
- Most Socially Relevant Subject
- Best Film (3 winners - 2nd runner up, 1st runner up and winning entry)

Participants must be registered users of FTC Talent. Rules are kept very simple –
- All participants must register or be registered users of FTC Talent.
- The film length should be between 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
- The entry film should be shot and edited entirely on a mobile phone, though it can be edited on another piece of equipment.
- Submissions should not hurt any political, religious, casteist or regional sentiments and should not be bigoted, violative or discriminatory against any community.
- Keeping the current theme of Isolation and Social distancing, the film must be shot indoors or around a home, with the characters, props and pets available.
- All content must be original and not a violation of anyone else’s Intellectual Property or Copyright in audio or visual.
- You can submit multiple films/entries.
